Hi, I’m Leslie
I joined One Medical with the goal of simplifying how people access quality healthcare, because staying healthy shouldn’t be stressful. As part of the design team i’ve created solutions that focused on membership growth, improved clinical engagement for pediatric patients, and developed long term strategic visions as we merge with our new parent company, Amazon Health.
In past roles, i’ve helped Capital One customers learn to save without budgeting using Level Money, and minimize wait times while seeking account support though the AI assistant Eno.
I’m based on the San Francisco Bay Area, where in my free time pretend that I know how to restore furniture and remodel my home after watching you tube videos.
